Gunmen kill Pregnant woman, others in Bayelsa

Suspected cultists have reportedly attacked a community in Bayelsa. The Bayelsa State Police Command announced that the police has equally launched a search for the suspected cultists who murdered four persons and set a house ablaze.

According to Sahara Reporters, the police had on Tuesday night invaded the militant camp reportedly fingered by some residents as a base for illegal bunkering, kidnapping and other criminal activities.

The gunmen attacked and killed a security guard in a church called Pentecostal church known as the Lion of Judah Fire Deliverance Ministry, off Bakery Road.

solomonagbator.com gathered that, four church members, namely Alfred Marcus’m’ 30 years, Imomotimi -surname unknown- (25), Gabriel Ejimofor ‘m’ 45 years, and Uchechukwu Ejimofor’ f’ 38 years were equally shot dead.

A pregnant woman and her husband were also shot dead at the front of their house during the shootout.

Reacting to the development, the state police command said, two suspects have been arrested in connection to the crime and they have been giving useful information.
